Paid Holidays are a legal entitlement, Any employer who does not provide the amount of holidays specified in the Organisation of Working Time Act is breaking the Law.

You cannot exchange your holidays for cash- they must be taken as time off. The only exception to this rule is when a worker is leaving a job.
